What does smutrecs.com collect?

smutrecs.com has no accounts, sets no cookies and runs no ads, third-party analytics or tracking scripts. It keeps four small logs of its own, and none of them identifies you.

• AI crawler visits: the crawler's name (such as OAI-SearchBot or Googlebot) and the page path.
• Visits from AI answer engines: when a visit comes from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, the engine's name and the page path. No IP address, browser details or search terms are kept.
• Claude connector calls: the tool used, the book page it returned and how many results it gave. Your question and search words are never stored.
• Corrections: the text you send and the source link, if you add one. Nothing about you is stored with it, and corrections are never published.

Other services

Our host, Vercel, processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site, under its own privacy policy. The logs above are stored with our database provider, Supabase. Retailer links go to other sites, which have their own policies and may set cookies once you click.
